Document Controller – North Dublin

Company Overview:

Our client is a Main Contractor involved in numerous construction projects throughout Ireland. They are seeking an experienced document controller with experience in the construction industry to add to their growing team in North Dublin.

Job Summary:

• Maintain compliance of all documentation with internal standards and Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Distribute, track, and control documents to ensure stakeholders always have access to the latest versions.
• Keep project registers updated, including document, RFI, action, and issue logs.
• Analyse and summarise project data, highlighting outstanding or overdue items.
• Liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Documenting meetings and events in relation to a project and uploading them to storage area and website where necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous Document Controller position within the construction industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Construction experience essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
•  Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with knowledge-sharing applications is an advantage.
