Overview:

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will join the project team in cork and play a key role in managing project documentation, information workflows and digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring it is correctly classified, registered and distributed.
• Maintain site files, document registers, drawings and project records.
• Support the management of document control processes and workflows within the project system.
• Prepare reports, distribution matrices and workflows for RFIs, TQs and other project documentation.
• Provide training and support to project teams and users on document management systems.
• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with information management procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good understanding of ISO 19650, BS 1192 and PAS 1192 standards.
• Experience working with document management or Common Data Environment (CDE) systems.
• Experience with Field View, Dalux or similar digital construction platforms is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
