Contracts Manager - Dublin

DOE: €110K - €140k

O’Neill & Brennan are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager that will oversee the delivery of a high-specification Data Centre developments in the Dublin/Leisnter region. Having oversight across all aspects of the builds from groundworks through to commissioning and handovers.growth, operational excellence and client relationship development.

Responsibilities:

• Support Site Teams with full project delivery through to completion
• Act as the primary interface with the Client and Design Team
• Manage and coordinate all site teams and subcontractors
• Oversee programme, resources, and project performance
• Ensure effective integration of CSA and MEP packages
• Chair coordination and progress meetings
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• 8-10+ years' experience with a Tier 1 / Tier 2 main contractor
• Proven experience delivering full-cycle construction projects
• Strong understanding of CSA and MEP integration
• Experience on high-spec commercial or industrial builds
• Data centre experience advantageous but not essential
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
