Job Overview:

O’Neill and Brennan are currently recruiting a Retrofit Survey for our client. A leading provider of insulation solutions in the Irish Market. The Surveyor will join their team in Meath and surrounding areas.

Job Summary:

• Undertaking building surveys & measured surveyor based on site assessment.
• Ensure all surveys comply with building regulations.
• Provide clients with recommendations for the most suitable solutions tailored to their specific property requirements.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.
• Ensure precise documentation and engage with essential stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 Years’ experience as a Building Surveyor.
• Qualification in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Thorough knowledge of legislation and building regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
