Assistant Site Manager required - National Developer - Romsey

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a well established NAtional Housebuilder on a new residential development in Romsey consisting of traditional build houses and apartments.

The role:

• Assisting the Site Manager with the day to day running of a busy residential developemt
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to programme
• Maintaining high standards of build quality and health and safety
• Carrying out inspections and ensuring NHBC standards are met
• Supporting the delivery of homes through to completion and handover

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a housebuilder
• Strong residential construction knowledge
• Excellent organisational and coommunication skills
• SMSTS, Frist Aid and CSCS
• A proactive, hands on approach with the ability to drive standards on site
