Canada Water- Southwark
British Land’s 53-acre Canada Water development is one of the largest mixed-use regeneration projects in London.
Plot A1 is the largest plot of the Canada water redevelopment consisting of four blocks, which sit on top of a plot-wide basement.
One of the blocks is a 35-storey residential block consisting of 186 residential units. The remaining three blocks are 6 Storeys each and will provide office space and around 25,000m2 of retail space.
HMP Five Wells
HMP Five Wells is a new style category C resettlement prison, which is situated on the former HMP Wellingborough prison site on the outskirts of Wellingborough in Northamptonshire.
The project incorporates 7 Cell blocks and 6 supporting ancillary buildings, the construction embraced design for manufacture and assembly and digital tools to drive efficiencies across the whole project and beyond.
At full compacity the prison will hold a total of 1680 inmates, making it one of the largest prison within the United Kingdom.
One Nine Elms
Located in the heart of Vauxhall, The One Nine Elms project consists of the two tallest residential tower in Europe.
The Towers are linked via a glazed bridge. City Tower is a 56 Storey residential tower and River Tower is a 42 Storey tower, that will accommodate a Five Star Hotel on the first 18 levels of the building.
The hotel will provide luxury facilities including Spa, restaurants, and retail units.
The Grand Union development is vibrant new canalside neighbourhood, which is part of a 3 Billion pound,
18 year regeneration programme of a previously industrial area into a mixed-use development.
The development will boast a total of 3,300 new homes and also includes community hubs, co-working spaces, landscaped gardens, and essential amenities such as healthcare centres.
Wembley Park Quintain
The development is directly in the shadow of the arch of the national stadium in the heart of Wembley Park.
The project consisted of a total of 633 Apartments and 3,200m2 of retail space in blocks ranging from 12 to 15 storeys, a large ground floor podium, and a semi-basement level car park.
New Victoria Manchester
Comprising of two residential buildings, totalling 150,000ft² of residential space. Building One will provide 293 apartments plus ground floor amenity space. Building Two will provide 227 apartments plus ground floor amenity space and ground floor retail space.
The project is being constructed in a constrained site, bounded by multiple interfaces including Manchester Victoria station and the MEN Arena.
40% of materials are substantially produced off site, including façade, MEP equipment, bathroom pods, kitchens, doors and steelwork.
Brighton 3T's Hospital
Brighton 3Ts Hospital redevelopment project, is being carried out in 3 Phases, which will see the replacement all of existing buildings to the front half of the hospital along Eastern Road.
Some of the existing structures are almost 200 years old, these will be replaced with two brand new clinical buildings, which will cover around 40 new wards and departments.
