O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Contracts Supervisor on behalf of our Client, a solutions provider for installation through to commissioning across the whole facet of the construction.

This is a Dublin based role. The successful candidate must have a 5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Supervisor working on site installations and project management.

Contracts Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct operations on Architectural and Ventilation Projects
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, to a high quality standard, on time and within budget. Supervision of personnel on site
• Management/coordination of all aspects of the installation on various projects
• Ensure works are carried out effectively and as per contract terms, drawings and relevant specifications etc.
• Liaison with clients, main contractors and other trades personnel as required.

Contracts Supervisor Requirements:

• Ideally 5+ years’ supervisor of site installations and project management. 
• Ability to demonstrate building strong working relationships with clients.  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
• Good oral & written communication skills.  
• Overseeing approx. 50 projects of which approx. 20 are active at any one time.
• Value of projects range from €15,000 to €300,000
