Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm

Purpose of role

The purpose of the role is to manage a portfolio of projects to ensure timesheets received match instruction and responsible for pulling together the documentation required for client billing.

This is a role that has the potential to grow.

Job Description

  • Checking timesheets against instruction from site
  • Liaising with Logistics Managers and Quantity Surveyors to ensure information given and received is accurate and up to date
  • Ensure we have signed agreements in place
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure payments are accurate and paid on time
  • Creating a monthly bill for clients
  • Visiting sites to meet workers on a regular basis

Job Requirements

  • Strong and confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate – able to quickly learn new systems
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to travel to sites on a regular basis (within the M25)
  • Ability to work under pressure

Relevant Experience Required

  • Construction site experience (desirable)
  • Experience in a similar role (desirable)
  • Strong administration background
  • Car owner with valid driving licence (desirable)
