We are recruiting for a Construction Administrator/Document Controller to be based in Hammersmith and Fulham, this role will be 6 months with the view to become permanent.
We are looking for bright, switched on candidates that are looking to be challenged in a busy and fast paced role!
Duties will include:
Dealing with all incoming applications from a large contract client
Meet & Greet subbies
Loading QA and Admin files onto internal K-Drive
Inputting these details onto a large Excel spreadsheet
Raising and issuing PO numbers of a high Volume
Dealing with incoming finance queries
Carrying out general admin within the office as required
