O'Neill & Brennan on behalf of our client a main contactor based in Stockport. Are currently requiring an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to start in January. This position is initially temporary but could lead to a longer contract.

Working directly with the project team, the successful candidate MUST have previous experiance as a TLO, you will be liaising with tenants on a day to day basis while on the site. 

The role:

• Maintain and develop all tenant related activities with control and co-ordination whilst establishing close working relationships with the tenants, site team and clients.
• Assist in delivering excellent customer service by Liaising with tenants to schedule appointments for works to be completed to the client’s timelines.
• process all tenants queries and liaise with the client and site team to achieve a resolution.
