I am currently searching for a dynamic internal Site Manager for one of the UK’s leading residential Developers for a project in Enfield, North London. My client boasts a £2 Billion order book for the coming years with strong ties to several housing associations. Due to the amount of work they having coming up this position could lead to permanent employment further down the line for an exceptional candidate.

This mixed use development will bring over 450 new flats, new commercial/retail units and community space to the area.

As internal Site Manager, you will be required to manage the internal trade packages from 1st fix onwards helping to push a job to completion. You will must keep thorough records of snags and relay them onto the appropriate subcontractor for rectification.

Required:

5+ years’ experience working for a main contractor specialising in the finishes.

A trade background is preferable but not essential.

Strong organisation and communicational skills are essential.

To be considered you must hold a CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid.
