O'neill & Brennan are currently working with a leading main contractor in order to assist them in employing a Site Manager for a flagship scheme in Greenwich

The development consists of circa 400 units, all RC frame apartments for a housing association. Working underneath a Project manager you will be responsible for the delivery of one of the phases with a full site team underneath you.

The business is one of the largest, and most successful family-owned private construction, development, and property services companies in the UK.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in working on large, volume residential schemes for a main contractor or developer previously.
