O’Neill & Brennan are currently looking for an internally focused Site Manager, for a long-term role based in Tottenham, North London.

You will be the number 1 Site Manager managing a residential block of apartments from 1^st fix through to completion.

The daily rate is competitive and will have a contract that will last 12 months with the possibility to go permanent.

Your duties will include:

• communicating with clients and reporting progress to staff/public

• monitoring the progress for the project and accessing the build costs

• carrying out quality and safety inspections

• resolving any issues that may arise

• making sure the workforce is motivated

• maintaining quality control checks

Requirements for the role:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on internal projects

• Experience working on residential schemes

• Longevity with previous employers
