Position:              Site Manager (groundworks)

Location:              Edgeware, London

Rate:                     £240 – £250 per day

Contract:             Ongoing contract

A well respected Construction Developer have an excellent opportunity for a "boots on the ground" groundworks Site Manager to join one of their iconic projects based in the Edgeware area of London. The company is one of the country’s largest Developers and have a strong track record for delivering high quality, large scale construction projects that put local communities at the core of their business. 

They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take charge of a large residential project where you will be focusing on groundworks. The Site Manager will need to have a proven track record of delivering similar schemes, it is also essential you have good knowledge of groundworks.

Site Manager requirements:

• Strong track record delivering new build residential projects
• Track record delivering full Construction projects
• Experience working for a reputable house builder / Developer / Main Contractor
• Excellent all round construction knowledge
• Strong man management skills / ability to lead
