The Role

I am looking for a no.1 Site Manager to join a National House Builder on a temporary basis. You will be reporting tothe Contracts Manager running the project from start to finish. Ensure the workload priorities of the department are coordinated to ensure sites are developed in accordance with the Region's overall programme. Carrying out plot inspections at various stages of the build process, Order any non-supply and fit materials for works to be completed and ensure they are checked for damage and compliance, Liaise with the NHBC and Housing Association to action remedial items raised. Ensure all plots have a customer care pass before obtaining CML prior to legal completion.

The Project

The project is a new traditional build development of 140x new homes. The development will consist of houses (2-5 bedroom), apartments (1-2 bedroom and will be a mixture of private and affordable housing.

The Candidate

You must have worked as an Site Manager for at least 3 years and to have worked on high volume residential sites. Provide clear leadership, direction and motivation to all staff within the department to ensure that work programmes are fulfilled in accordance with the Region's budgets/forecasts. Good eye for detail, Be able to interpret construction drawings and designs, Strong man-management skills, Excellent organisation skills. Familiar with NHBC requirements and regulations.
