Site Manager - Ashford - £24 to £28 per hour

One of our clients is currently seeking a Site Manager to run a new build project in Ashford.

The company has picked up a number of jobs in the area and has secured work well in to 2020.

This is a great opportunity to join a family owned company, which will turn over in excess of £100m in 2019.

You would be number on this particular site.

Some of the requirements for this role include:

• Proven track record of sites above £3 million
• Black CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Able to set up site, plan & deliver projects to program & to budget
• Strong knowledge of heath & safety legislation
• Ability to Document & ensure all company producers are adhered to
