Role: Site Manager

Location: Blandford

Start date: ASAP

Salary/Rate: £25 - £27 ph

The Role

I am looking for a Site Manager to join a large Developer. You will be running a large housing site for 6 months.

• Carrying out inspections at various stages of the build process
• Order any non-supply and fit materials for works to be completed and ensure they are checked for damage and compliance
• Liaise with the Client.

The Candidate

You must have worked as a Site Manager for at least 1 year and worked on high volume residential sites. A strong communicator with the drive to push trades on site. Someone who can take the initiative and complete daily tasks on time and at a good standard. Familiar with NHBC requirements and regulations, be able to snag units and finish to a high standard.

A trades background is a huge bonus but not essential for the role.
