My Client now have the requirement for an externally focused Site Manager for their project in the Wembley area of North West London. This is approximately 6 months of work but could be longer if the right attitude and work ethic are shown. 

The Externals Site Manager will be report to the Project Manager. The Externals Site Manager will need to have the below qualities.

• Computer literate as a tablet is provided with I auditor
• Be able to fit in well to a team & work to deadlines .
• extensive experience managing external packages
• can read and understand drawings and details and raise non compliances with Sub Contractors .
• Someone with experience working on RC frame developments
• Someone who is keen to impress & progress with the possibility of a perm move 

Please note it is essential that you have worked on a similar residential project acting as an Externals Site Manager with a similar residential Devloper.
