Our client a large civils company are currently looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager. They are known for their successful delivery of infrastructure projects across Ireland. The successful candidate must have 8+ years’ experience working on civils projects including working on precast elements, situ works & RC frame works. The Site Manager will oversee a large civils project based in Cork.

Site Managers Responsibilities Include:

• Supervision of the construction of a large civils development
• Review all setting out and levelling on site
• Manage & coordinate both site staff and subcontractors on site
• Work alongside the project manager & site team to ensure the project runs smoothly
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are adhered to
• Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors & consultants

Site Manager Requirements:

• Third level qualification
• Minimum of 9+ years’ experience with a main contractor
• Experience working on civils projects is essential
• Site management experience
• Experience working on precast elements, situ works & RC frame projects is desired
• Ability to manage the multi-dispclinary teams of contractors & site operatives
