A leading, well respected construction company have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to take charge of 200 new units acorss two RC Frame blocks based in the Marylebone area of Central London

The company is a well-established national Housing Developer, and have a strong track record for delivering high quality, large scale construction projects that put local communities at the core of their business.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take charge of this new multi-million pound new build residential project. You will be working closely alongside the Project Manager concentrating on the fit out sequence, H&S, step by step QA process, lead and chair daily meeting with trades etc.

The Senior Site Manager will need to have a proven track record of delivering similar schemes with a reputable house builder. High rise, RC frame experience is essential and the Senior Site Manager will need to have excellent all round construction knowledge and be a strong manager of full site teams.
