Project Manager - Tonbridge - £300 to £350

The Project

I am looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on a traditional build residential project based just outside Tonbridge. Along with volume traditonal housebuilding, there will be a block of flats, also traditonal build.

The national housebuilder will offer an opportunity to progress into a full time permanent position. 

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will need experience with a National Housebuilder, or Commercial construction company that has traditional build experience.

You will performance manage your site based team, contractors and suppliers, identifying and anticipating problems and striving to resolve issues in a constructive manner. Benchmarking costs and reviewing budget control with the commercial team. Lead best practice for Health and Safety assurance; inspections, site set up and storage facilities. Show to be a strong promoter of HSE standards.  

This is a great opportunity for a well experienced Senior Site Manager to step up to a new role and manage a larger team.
