O'neill & Brennan are currently working with a leading main contractor in order to assist them in employing a Facade Manager for a brand new scheme in Wimbledon

This is the first phase of a wider mixed-use development scheme situated in the Wimbledon. The works include the construction and CAT A fit-out of two office blocks providing 362,000sqft of commercial accommodation, along with a multi-storey car park.

We are looking for someone to manage the envelope and roofing packages totalling circa £30m, experience on pre-cast façades is beneficial but not necessary. 

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in managing facades schemes for a main contractor or developer previously.
