O'Neill & Brennan are currently searching for an Senior Quantity Surveyor, to join a medium sized residential contractor operating across London and surrounding areas.

They specialise in rc frame developments that typically include the use of cut and carve, demolition and steel frame.

The role is based out of their head office, and your time would be split between there and 3 of their current projects.

My client are looking for the successful candidate to fully engage and take the lead role in carrying out the complete surveying process with the client and subcontractors.

The salary on offer will be between £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus package depending on experience. Being based close to the office will also be ideal.
