O'Neill and Brennan are working with an industry leading Tier One Main Contractor who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of their new projects in Buckinghamshire.

This projects value is £130 million, and is split into two phases, with one being a multi storey rc frame residential block, and the other being an extension and refurbishment of an existing building.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to showcase their skills and knowledge working with a reputable business.

This position is ideal for someone who is looking to work on high profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors including commercial and residential.

Location: Buckinghamshire

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Bonus

Responsibilities:

Ensuring project is well costed and getting value for money 

Lead the team on the project 

Forecasting how much the works will cost 

Ensure all main contract obligations are attended to including managing procurement, subcontracts and supply chain. 

Being a key part of strategy and bringing fresh ideas to the project 

Getting involved with tendering process, formulating a tender price and scrutinising the tender documents maintaining a positive cash flow
