• Experience in Highrise RC frame builds
• Ideally looking for someone that has managed sites over £40M

Duties

• Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor on a regular basis
• Managing the procurement process
• Valuations and Variations
• CVR's
• Cost Control
• Cash Flow
