O'Neill and Brennan are working with a industry leading main contractor who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Buckinghamshire.

The project is split into two phases with one being a multi storey rc frame apartment block.

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team who will contribute to the project strategies and take ownership for their own subcontract packages, whilst demonstrating an understanding of the implementation of internal and external tender strategies along with maximising project cashflow whilst doing so, reporting into the Project Surveyor

To be considered for this position, experience working on steel or rc frame projects is favourable but not essential but ideally the successful candidate would come from a main contractor background, with career longevity.
