O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for Intermediate and/or Senior Quantity Surveyors on behalf of our client. They are providing a full spectrum of services from cost management to sustainability advice across all industry sectors.

These job opportunities are in Dublin and Cavan. The successful candidates must have a Quantity Surveying degree, and experience in Quantity Surveying role.

Quantity Surveyor responsibilities include:

• Pre-contract cost control and advise to Design Teams and Clients
• Pre-contract document preparation
• All post contract functions including; interim recommendations, cost reporting, 
• Client meetings, final account reconciliations on a diverse range of projects
• Responsibility for training and development of assistant and junior Quantity Surveyors as part of team structure

Quantity Surveyor requirements:

• Must have experience in the construction industry
• Quantity Surveying degree
• Must be commercially aware, flexible and have ambition to progress within the organisation
• Drive and determination to manage strict budgets to ensure the commercial success of projects is essential.
