I am looking to engage with Quantity Surveyors on behalf of a leading construction main contractor based in the Leicester in relation to ne project wins and growing the commercial department. This is an amazing opportunity to work with some great people.
Requirements
Ideally looking for someone that has ran sites from a Fit Out/Refurb and New Build background
Duties
- Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor on a regular basis
- Managing the procurement process
- Valuations and Variations
- CVR's
- Cost Control
- Cash Flow
