Our client is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer who can work on Kitchen and Bathroom Surveys in Westminster. You will not be expected to drive but will still get a car allowance and can expense your public transport costs.

As the successful RLO, your day-to-day duties will be inclusive of but not limited to:

• Booking in appointments to visit occupied properties
• Carrying out condition surveys
• Dealing with resident complaints
• Working hand in hand with the site team to get works completed to the correct standard
• Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors

The successful Resident Liaison Officer will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer working on Kitchen and Bathroom Surveys.
• Strong communication skills, over the phone and face to face
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
• Have a drivers license.
• Able to commute to Westminster
