O'neill & Brennan are currently working with a leading main contractor in order to assist them in employing a Senior Project Manager for a flagship scheme in Milton Keynes.

The development is split into 2 phases including a 33 storey, RC frame tower block and a steel frame re-development including full demolition of existing structure. Working underneath a Project Director you will be responsible for the delivery of one of the phases with a full site team underneath you.

The business is one of the largest, and most successful family-owned private construction, development, and property services companies in the UK.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in working on large, volume residential schemes for a main contractor or developer previously. We will consider Projects Managers who have run phases as part of a wider development or No1 Project Managers on smaller sites.
