Now recruiting for a Project Manager in South London – Deptford for a residential new build (RC Frame)

Looking for a strong Project Manager to deliver an £20 million new build residential RC Frame job. The programme is currently finishing shell and core so you will be completing first fix to finishing in 2024 so you will have at least a 2 year contract.

My client are a main contractor specialising in high end new build on RC Frame developments. Following on from their success in building in London and surrounding counties, they have recently expanded operations nationally. After this scheme there is an abundance of work across London, with most projects running for around 18 months. You will be supported by 1-2 Site Managers and will be responsible for delivering a high standard of work according to schedule.
