One of the Construction industry’s biggest Main Contractors have a brand new requirement for a Project Manager to join on a permanent basis for an exciting scheme based in Guildford, Surrey. You will be helping to deliver a very exciting residential scheme in the heart of Guildford. It consists of 100 brand new apartments and a community / communal space on an RC frame block of 7 storeys. T

This opportunity is suited to a career driven Project Manager who has worked on similar schemes before with a large Main Contractor.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Project Director functions including due diligence, design, construction, quality control, budget and programme management.
• Working alongside the Project Director to deliver this scheme on budget and on time.
• Working with the Project Director and wider construction team to coordinate and manage the works on site.
