Site Secretary - Temp to Perm Role based in Reading

£12.00 - £12.50 per hour

My client are a National Contractor who have a great reputation in the industry and are running a new project to be based out of Reading.

This is a 5 year project. They are looking for a Site Secretary to the Project Manager based on site. Responsibilities will include Diary managentment, handling of all site paperwork, filing and emailing. You may be required to issue all new members of staff the aquired safety kit as well as take all relevent qualitifations needed from new starters. They will also give a safety briefing of the site and put new starters through the induction courses.

Responsibilities:

Administration assistant where necessary.
Arrange access to all team member's diaries and monitor movements. 
Archive all project documentation and retaining complete records.
Book meeting rooms for all meetings and arrange refreshments and lunches for Client and external meetings. 
Ad hoc admin duties, filing, archiving etc. 

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication skills.
Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word. 
The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail.
An understanding of the Construction Industry would be a bonus.
