You will be an established and motivated Assistant Site Manager within the residential market, with a desire for continued professional development. It is crucial that the candidate possesses a passion for quality and customer service.

Key Skills and Experience

• Support the Site Manager to ensure quality homes are completed in time and on budget.
• Work alongside the Site Manager to manage health & safety as a priority across site operations, ensuring everyone on site is in accordance with company procedures.
• Excellent stakeholder management - maintain clear and open relations at all times with a positive attitude, ensuring build milestones are met.
• Key focus on customer service to ensure quality of build on handover, working in adherence to NHBC standards and Considerate Constructors Scheme.
  • Co-operate and work closely with the NHBC to carry out site and plot inspections.
  • Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Ability to drive high performance teams, achieving targets for health & safety, quality, programme and customer service.
  • Able to identify areas to improve build programme without risking quality.
  • Experience of timber frame construction in a site management capacity on residential sites.
  • A natural and engaging communication style, demonstrating a passion and excellence for developing trusting, sustainable and robust relationships both internally and externally.
  • SMSTS, CSCS Manager’s card and First Aid qualified.
  • Member of CIOB (desirable not essential).
