£120 - £160 per day
We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to provide a full administrative service for a prestige development site in central Bristol. This is a fixed term role with a duration to circa November 2020.
You will have a variety of responsibilities as directed by the needs of the business but they could include aspects such as the below:
Experience and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role you must have previous, relevant experience and have used the Viewpoint 4P system.
Skills, capabilities and attributes
Good organisation skills, good communication skills, written and oral, excellent telephone manner, the ability to work to deadlines, good team player or able to work on own initiative.
Friendly and polite, well presented, ability to motivate others.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualification
Experience preferable in a similar role. Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills also preferable.
Candidate needs to be good at prioritising workload, have a pro-active work approach and have good engagement with both internal and external people.
