An award-winning construction company is recruiting a Site Administrator for a role that will be based in Dublin 

Our client is a leading building and civil engineering contractor with a long-standing reputation for integrity, professionalism, innovation and excellence. They are specialists in construction, infrastructure, fit-out and asset management. They provide an enjoyable, challenging and safe workplace. You’ll be an important part of an organisation that is shaping the future of the construction industry in Ireland.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with sub-contractors and all relevant site employees  
  • Effectively deal with day to day enquiries
  • Office Administration
  • Controlling and compiling supplier documentation.
  • Arrange site inductions including liaising with Health and Safety departments to co-ordinate new employees induction to site
  • Communicate with other internal departments as required
  • Management of all of the documents that form within the product range, from design and development through standards testing and into production.
  • Receiving drawings, checking against the drawing register sheet and close out any discrepancies before issue

Skills / Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role 
  • Construction experience desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask the workload
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong I.T. skills including working knowledge of MS Office package
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders (subcontractors and engineers etc)
