£60,000 - £85,000 per annum
Our client is a leading National House builder who is working on a prestigious project in Peterborough.
PACKAGE: For the right person, our client will pay between £60-£85k basic with 10% bonus plus car (or car allowance), 4% pension contribution and private healthcare.
ROLE: Our client is looking for a highly experience SENIOR SITE MANAGER to join them on a PERMANENT basis. This role will join the business on an exciting project with phase 1 nearly finishing and phase 2 commencing in the new year. The project is due to run for another couple of years so this is a great role to get stuck into. This person will see this phase start from the ground and compromises a significant number of RC frame built flats and retail units being built. This role will oversee and manage all trades so this person will need to be confident dealing with all trades at a senior level.
LOCATION: The project is based in Peterborough so will require someone living in or around this area. Someone living in Thorney, Yaxley, Stilton, Glinton, Market Deeping, Oundle, Thrapston, Barnwell, Huntingdon, St Ives, Sawtry, Alconbury, Warboys, Chatteris, March, Spalding, Stamford, Wittering, Woodston, Marholm and Farcet would be perfectly placed for this role.
PERSON: You will need to be an experienced Senior Site Manager who has worked on a number of large high profile, new build RC Frame projects. This is a senior role so requires someone senior. Someone who has worked for one of the Major National House builders on these type of build is preferable and would be well placed for this role. Our client will consider candidates who have been freelance looking to join a great company on a full time perm basis. This will not suit junior candidates or candidate. You should have managed packages with £50m+ value as a minimum with decent longevity in your role.
