Senior Site Manager – Walton-on-Thames - £60k - £65k + Package 

The Role

I am looking for a Senior Site Manager to join a National House Builder on a Permanent basis in the heart of Walton-on-Thames. You will be reporting into the Contracts Manager taking on all tasks set out and completing to a high standard. 

The Project

The Project is underway on its first phase, this is a great opportunity to join a new team and take charge on site. The Project will consist of 97 Units Flast and Houses all Traditional Build. You will be required to help with the build programme and give weekly updates to members of staff. 

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have worked as Senior Site Manager for at least 2 years and to have worked on high volume residential sites. A strong communicator with the drive to push the programme forward to hit targets and complete CML deadlines.

Someone who is familiar with the NHBC regulations and Standards. Most importantly someone who can take authority and responsibility, someone who can take control of a situation and get the job done on time and on budget.
