Senior Quantity Surveyor

Stratford, London, UK

Quantity Surveyor

£75,000 - £85,000 per annum

Senior Quantity Surveyor

East London based Developer

Head Office Based – Stratford

Permanent: £75,000 - £85,000 + Package

One of East London and Essex’s busiest Developers are currently searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in their Stratford Head Office. This company works on behalf of one of the largest housing associations in the South East delivering new build affordable housing projects.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for several small projects or one large project, depending on project pipeline. Due to a £1.7 Billion project pipeline for this year in the Essex region alone you would be a key member of commercial team, having further responsibility for building up the teams for this region.

This developer is also going to be a forefront of the Modular Housing industry with a newly acquired factory having just been set up in Basildon. Eventually a new Eastern Office will be set up and commercial operations will be moved to the Basildon area so applicants should bear this in mind when looking ahead to the future.

There is great scope for future progression within this this company and due to the new region being set up a senior commercial management role would be on the horizon for anybody willing to put the work in and prove themselves. If you think you have the skills for this role please send your CV through the portal or get in contact direct on s.marsden@oandb.co.uk
