Based in Stratford 5 to 7 minutes’ walk from Stratford station.

The Role

  • Experience in new build residential is key and project value of £50 million plus would be preferable.
  • To provide tender planning expertise on tenders, pre-construction and construction phases.
  • Provide detailed tender programmes and method statements for inclusion in tender submissions.
  • Preparing detailed working programmes.
  • Recording relevant events for potential entitlement claims.
  • Reflect progress, event impacts and forecasts.
  • Visit sites to ascertain conditions and constraints to be taken into account in preparing tender programmes and method statements.
  • Assess requirements and provide comprehensive scaffold and crane schedules to be used in obtaining competitive and realistic quotations.
  • As a Senior Planner you will be an expert in planning, having the ability to produce programmes from first principles.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Able to develop optimum economic and realistic programming solutions and to effectively communicate these to internal and external contacts.
  • 4 to 5 years’ site experience with ideally a residential, construction or engineering background.
  • Proficiency in Asta Power Project, Microsoft Project, and MS Office
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Local Authority Regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
