Our client, a leading and highly renowned Construction company, The Company is seeking an experienced Planner to work with their team based in West Dublin 

Primary Responsibilities as a Senior Planner

  • Negotiate development proposals with local authorities and others.
  • Review local and national planning policy.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.
  • Attend meetings with clients, local authorities.
  • Undertake site visits as required.
  • Deliver projects on time and in budget.
  • Understand and implement new technologies and software

As a Senior Planner you will have

  • Relevant Town Planning Degree.
  • Working towards full membership of the IPI and/or RTPI.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • An excellent communicator, with strong report writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience in project management with particular emphasis on residential development
  • Team management and budget experience
  • Possess strong attention to detail.
  • A creative and original thinker, able to create solutions that satisfy all parties.
  • Able to demonstrate good analytical and IT skills.
  • Possess a clean driving licence and have access to a car.
