Customer Care Coordinator - Permanent role - £30 -£35k
My client are a National House Builder, based in Staines. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Customer Care Coordinator. Salary is between £30 - £35k plus package. My client are looking for people who are enthusiastic and passionate about the Customer Journey and always pushing a 100% customer service level.
Specifically, for this role, they require a Senior Customer Care Coordinator to manager in the in office team, liaise with the Maintenance Operatives and Customers to rectify any problems with their new build housing. You will be working on the 2 year defects programme for new builds, working to improve customer homes. This role is based 80% on the telephone and 20% administration. It will intail logging complaints and querries onto the internal systems and scheduling maintenance operatives diaries to complete the scheduled works.
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager you will help to set and achieve company KPI'S, monitor the progression of the team, delegate and organise the team. Your role will be to support in the Customer Care Manager inhouse.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Strong communication skills
- Have experience with another National House builder
- Able to organise and prioritise work offiiciently
- Manage and motivate a team
- Good customer service experience
- Good problem solving abilities
