Up to £30,000 + Car allowance depending on experience

O’Neill and Brennan are glad to be assisting a leading property business, renowned for providing excellent customer service to the communities they serve, and a vital part of this is how they engage with residents. They have a long-term partnership contract with a London housing provider which will see them deliver much-needed improvement works to the homes of people living in the borough, and are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to manage day to day communications with customers throughout the course of the refurbishments. This role is to cover sites in the area.

As an experienced Resident Liaison Officeryour duties will consist of the following:

• a visible point of contact for customers,
• engaging through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days. 
• ensure residents are aware of the works processes and communicate updates / changes accordingly. 
• coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare,
• ensuring works are completed satisfactorily and managing expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams.

To be considered for the role it is essential that you can provide the following:

• A driver’s license
• Experience working as a Resident liaison Officer
• Friendly manor and approachable
• Living within a commutable distance North West London.
