Resident Liaison Officer - £16.50 p/h – Stevenage 

O’Neill and Brennan are looking to speak with experienced Resident Liaison Officer’s to join a planned maintenance team covering an area in Stevenage.

Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services in the social housing sector, maintaining over 500,000 homes nationwide every year. Being a family and privately owned business, they are renowned for investing in their staff, which has added their ongoing success which has kept them at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities will consist of the following:

  • Set up, undertake, and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
  • Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure highest level of customer service is always provided.
  • Ensure a consistent approach to customer care is adopted by all RLOs across the contract.
  • Manage the Tenant’s Complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
  • Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect on-going works.

To be considered for the role it is essential that you can demonstrate the following:

  • An experienced RLO with proven track record of success within widespread planned maintenance programmes. 
  • A strong knowledge of internal and external programmes.
  • A strong communicator with excellent customer service and IT skills.
  • A full drivers license, and access to your own vehicle.
