£14.50 - £15.00 per hour
You will have responsibility to ensure that all residents can access and receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for providing a link between residents, contractors, client and call centre; and to represent residents in all matters relating to Planned Works, Repairs and Maintenance.
Within this role, you will work to ensure that all processes, working practices and the approach of all employees are in line with the customer care standards.
The ideal candidate will have come from a housing / repairs & maintenance background, have previous experience in both Project Administration & as an RLO and the ability to pick up bespoke systems with ease. You will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
