My client is looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to work on a residential site based in central Bristol.
The Resident Liaison Officer role will be based around the following core duties:
Linking with customer / residents / line management
Make initial contact with residents
Visit tenants with details of work content
Communicating with residents / client throughout works programme
The purpose of this Resident Liaison Officer role is to deliver a first class RLO and administrative support in a busy environment to the project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner. Delivering an excellent level of client liaison to ensure high levels of customer & client satisfaction.
The Resident Liaison Officer role includes internal refurbishments to low-rise multi-occupancy buildings of listed status and therefore the successful candidate will be expected to show particular attention to the detail of the specifications.
The ideal Resident Liaison Officer:
You must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
You will also have advanced knowledge of site administration and health and safety in occupied homes and experience as either an RLO or in a similar role.
You will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
