A well-established specialist Kent based Ground Works Contractor are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor that can contribute to their established commercial team. Ideally the Quantity Surveyor will have some Ground Works experience in order to hit the ground running.

My client is a Kent based Ground Works contractor who are based on the Isle of Sheppey. They have a reputation for excellence and project values range from £50k - £4m. They cover the South East and are looking to employ a Quantity Surveyor with Ground Works experience to join their growing Commercial team.

About the Role:

• Production of bills of quantity
• Client facing
• Cash flow
• Budgetary control
• Liaising with estimators and design team to ensure profitability
• Reporting to the Commercial Manager

About the Candidate:

• At least 5 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Degree or equivalent within quantity surveying would be ideal but not a deal breaker
• Experience within Ground Works is ideal
• Committed approach to work
• Must be within commuting distance
• Stable work history
