The Company

One of key accounts, who are one of the largest residential property development companies in the United Kingdom are opening their doors and recruiting a Project Manager. They have been building homes across London and the UK for over 50 years and will be continuing for many more.

 

The Project

The project comprises of 1800 flats ranging from 1-2 and 3-4 bedrooms. They are being built over 8 years and across 17 Separate blocks from 4 to 16 floors.

Estimated value £100 million.


Ideal Candidate

My client is looking for a proffesional Project Manager with experience and knowledge of Developer and Main Contractor way of working. 

They are looking for a leader and someone with a proven track record of delivering large new build residential projects from start to finish.

You must have the ability to controll all aspects of the programme while leading the team and managing the commercial and design people as well. 

Finally, you need be proactive in your approach and not afraid of putting some boots on to get on site and drive things forward.
