Personal Assistant/Office Manager in Architecture. We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique Architecture Practice for a friendly and welcoming Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join their expanding team in its Central London Offices, with amazing cafes and pubs at your doorstep.
This is an exciting opportunity that has opened up as the practice is growing rapidly. As the office manager you will meet and greet clients, use your friendly and welcoming attitude to make clients feel comfortable at all times. You will also be reporting directly to the MD.
On a day to day basis, you will make sure all offices supplies are well stocked from stationary to sugar and tea. You will also assist the senior partners with diary management and coordination.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Preferably, you will have some account experience as part of the role will be to help with companies’ accounts, from overseeing incoming and out coming invoices to putting together company budgets via spreadsheets.
Ideally, you will have a good grasp of the German language as some of the projects for the company are abroad.
