O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an Office Manager on behalf our client based in South Dublin. The company are known for their high standards and quality of work in the Irish Construction Industry. The Office Manager will join their team based in South Dublin.

 

Office Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Report directly to the Managing Directors,
  • Liaising with Estate Agencies on reporting of sales, interest, demands etc…
  • Liaising with the group solicitors on legal contracts, preparing documentation, reports, information packs,
  • Reviewing and Maintaining Construction Sub-Contractor documentation, safety & training certificates, accreditation certificates, insurance details,
  • Working alongside the planning team insuring all documentation is compliant and complete,
  • Liaising with the company accountants on office expenditure,

 

Office Manager Requirements: 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills,
  • Experience of book keeping processes/systems,
  • Have strong multi-tasking skills to get the job done accurately first time,
  • Strong interpersonal skills working along a diverse team and liaising with clients and customers,
  • Experience within the construction industry,
  • Flexibility around working hours,
